SUITECRAFT BROWSER EXTENSION

Privacy policy.

SuiteCraft is designed as a local-first toolkit. This policy explains what the extension accesses, where its data is stored and which actions remain under your control.

Updated: October 15, 2026

Who operates SuiteCraft

SuiteCraft is an independent browser extension developed and maintained by Damian Krolikowski. It is not affiliated with Oracle or NetSuite.

Information the extension accesses

SuiteCraft runs on NetSuite pages where you are already authenticated. Depending on the feature you choose, it may read the current page and technical NetSuite metadata, including record fields and sublists, customization identifiers and labels, custom records, lists, scripts, deployments, workflows and SDF definitions.

When you explicitly open record inspection tools, SuiteCraft may also process and display values present on the current NetSuite record. Depending on that record, these values can include names, account identifiers, transaction amounts or other business information. This processing happens locally in your browser. SuiteCraft does not ask for or intentionally access your NetSuite password, authentication cookies or payment-card credentials.

Storage and browser preference sync

Account-scoped catalogue snapshots, saved reference-list values, SDF definitions and object refreshes are stored in IndexedDB. Favorites, Change Plans, private notes and account-specific local preferences use chrome.storage.local. These NetSuite and user-entered Workspace data are not stored in chrome.storage.sync or sent to a SuiteCraft backend.

Small interface preferences, such as language, theme and enabled features, use chrome.storage.sync. Depending on your browser and profile settings, the browser may synchronize these preferences through your signed-in Google account or its supported sync service. This is separate from NetSuite data and is controlled by your browser's sync settings.

Record inspection can display business field and sublist values in memory. Reference Lists can also save selected business-record labels and values locally. Local Workspace data remains after NetSuite logout or role/permission changes until you delete it in SuiteCraft, clear the extension's storage or remove the browser profile or extension. Changing a NetSuite role does not revoke access to copies already stored in your browser.

Exports and protection of local copies

You choose when to export settings and Workspace data to files. Full and Workspace backups can include client metadata, saved reference values, Favorites, Change Plans and private notes. Shared snapshot packages exclude settings, Favorites, Change Plans and private notes, but still contain the selected NetSuite data. Share these files only with authorized recipients.

SuiteCraft does not add its own encryption to browser-stored data or exported files. Browser/operating-system protections depend on your environment. Backup integrity hashes detect inconsistent content; they do not encrypt files or authenticate their author. Deleting browser data does not delete files you previously exported.

Sharing and selling

SuiteCraft does not sell local data, use it for advertising or transfer it to third parties. Snapshot sharing and backup export are explicit user actions; the user chooses the resulting file and its recipient.

Limited Use compliance

SuiteCraft's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. SuiteCraft uses data only to provide or improve its disclosed user-facing features. It does not use or transfer user data for personalized advertising, creditworthiness or lending purposes, and does not permit humans to read user data unless the user explicitly shares specific information for support, it is required for security, or it is required by law.

Analytics and external links

The SuiteCraft extension does not currently send product analytics. Links to the SuiteCraft website, Tally feedback form and Buy Me a Coffee page open only when you select them and are then governed by those services' own privacy policies.

The public SuiteCraft marketing website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and performance statistics. That analytics beacon is not bundled with the browser extension.

Browser permissions

  • Storage keeps settings and local Workspace data.
  • Active tab lets user-initiated actions work with the selected NetSuite page.
  • Access to https://*.netsuite.com/* lets SuiteCraft provide its tools on NetSuite pages and retrieve metadata when you request synchronization or inspection.

Security and responsible testing

No browser extension can eliminate every risk. Keep your browser and SuiteCraft current, share exported files only with authorized people, and do not include confidential NetSuite information in feedback reports.

Children

SuiteCraft is a professional tool and is not directed to children.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when SuiteCraft's features or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. For privacy questions or deletion guidance, use the SuiteCraft feedback form.
